(“Athentech”) makes available for use this website and the information posted including software, documentation, and products (collectively, the "Materials") and various services operated ("Services"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. By accessing or using this Site, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use. If any site user breaches any of the Terms of Use their authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and they must immediately destroy any Materials downloaded or printed from the Site.

Use of Software and Online Services

The software and services that are made available on and from this Site are the copyrighted material and work of Athentech Imaging Inc. and/or its suppliers. You will not be able to download or install any software that is accompanied by or includes an end user license agreement unless you agree to the terms of such end user license agreement. If you do not agree to such terms, you will not be able to use the software. You may view our End User Licensing Agreement here. Unauthorized duplication of software is a Federal crime.. The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), states "anyone who violates any of the exclusive rights of the copyright owner ... is an infringer of the copyright" (Section 501), and sets forth several penalties for such conduct. Those who purchase a license for a copy of software do not have the right to make additional copies without the permission of the copyright owner, except (i) copy the software onto a single computer and (ii) make "another copy for archival purposes only," which are specifically provided in the Copyright Act (Section 117).
 


Privacy

Athentech Imaging Inc. (“Athentech”) software's privacy policy covers the collection and use of personal information that may be collected by Athentech anytime you interact with Athentech such as when you purchase Athentech Software, contact a technical support or sales associate, sign up for an e-newsletter or request a download of demonstration software.

We collect your personal information because it assists us in delivering a high level of customer service. For example, your personal information helps us to keep you informed and up-to-date on the latest product updates and announcements as well as special offers that may be extended from time to time.

When you provide Athentech with your name, email address, mailing address or telephone number, and you do not "opt-out", Athentech and Athentech representatives may use the provided information to alert you to product updates, special offers, updated information, new products and other Athentech information. Other than Athentech representatives, Athentech does not offer, sell, or otherwise make available any user-provided information to third parties.

Athentech will send notifications regarding product updates and technical support notices. These messages are deemed essential to the functionality of your product and as such, there is no "opt-out" available for update notifications.  If you do not want Athentech to contact you, you may "opt-out" at any time. You may "opt-out" by contacting Athentech directly or by following the instructions included in the email correspondence.
